Research on Remodeling Priority Derivation Method for the Energy Performance Improvement of Aged Campus Building

Abstract

A rational remodeling plan is required to repair the old university building. Various case and spatial plans are required according to the characteristics of the university building. Therefore, in this research, the implementation of remodeling of university buildings should be carried out rationally. The author has proposed a remodeling proposal through an actual case study. Through this research, the remodeling effect analysis was performed by energy simulation. So this study has proposed a basic data for the decision making of remodeling priority for energy performance improvement of an aged campus building. By the results, The case of remodeling was divided into passive and active, and the effect of each technology was confirmed. In addition, through economic analysis, author provided a proposal for remodeling technology to LED lighting replacement, windproof room installation, Windows replacement construction, EHP installation, insulation material application, and solar power generation equipment in the order of additional construction.
